These terms apply when you use Vivvaa Reader. By using the app, you agree to them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Vivvaa Reader on devices you own or control, for reading your own documents.

Your files

You're responsible for the books and documents you open in the app and for having the right to use them. Vivvaa Reader doesn't remove or bypass copy protection (DRM), and protected books can't be opened.

What you may not do

Don't copy, sell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Open-source software

Vivvaa Reader includes open-source software and fonts used under their own licences. You can read them in Settings → About → Open-source licences.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or that it will open every file. Keep copies of documents that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vivvaa isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or for supporting it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always in the app and on our website, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
